Gualala Robotics charges a base rate deposit of $75.00 dollars. This includes return freight. After your unit has been inspected by a factory technician, we will inform you of the actual service quote. This quote could be either higher or lower than the deposit based on what your unit needs. Most units only cost the base $75.00 to rebuild. Factors such as cord, circuit, and motor condition can play a factor. The range for expected expense is $75-$95. The unit comes with a new 2 year warranty after it has been rebuilt by us.
After you have completed your order, your receipt will have instructions on sending your unit to Gualala Robotics Inc.
To expedite your rebuild order make sure to include the Order ID on the outside of the box and a copy of this email with your package.
